These terms govern the use of the CAP10MRO site and of the CAP10 account during the pre-launch phase. By creating an account, you accept them.

What CAP10MRO is today

CAP10MRO is a pre-launch site. The marketplace is not open: there is today no introduction, no MRO browsing and no transaction. Creating an account records your need or your organisation and gives you priority access at opening.

The screens shown on the home page are a preview of the product in preparation. The data they display are examples and describe no real MRO.

What CAP10 does not do

  • CAP10 performs no maintenance work and is not a maintenance organisation.
  • CAP10 issues no regulatory approval. Approvals belong to the competent authorities and to the MRO concerned.
  • CAP10 does not publish your need and does not sell contact lists.
  • CAP10 guarantees neither price, nor lead time, nor availability of a provider.

Your account

The account is reserved for aviation professionals and requires an accurate business email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the actions taken from your account. You undertake to provide accurate information, in particular about declared capabilities if you list an organisation.

Creating an account involves no payment and no commitment. We may suspend an account in case of clearly false information, automated use or harm to the service.

Your content

You remain the owner of the information you file. You grant us the strictly necessary right to host and process it in order to provide the service described here. Work scopes and technical documents are neither published, nor indexed, nor shared outside the intended journey.

Intellectual property

The CAP10AVIATION and CAP10MRO trademarks and the other trademarks of the ecosystem, the logos, the texts and the interface of the site are protected. Any reproduction without authorisation is forbidden. Manufacturer, engine and aircraft names quoted are used descriptively and belong to their respective holders.

Liability

The site is provided as is during the pre-launch phase. We do our utmost to keep it available and its content accurate, without being able to guarantee the absence of interruption or error. Our liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage resulting from use of the site.

Changes and applicable law

These terms will evolve when the marketplace opens, in particular on introduction rules and provider verification. Account holders are informed before any significant change. These terms are governed by the law applicable in the United Arab Emirates, the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
