Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked.
What is CAP10MRO?
CAP10MRO is a future B2B marketplace designed to connect aircraft maintenance needs with the MROs and specialists able to handle them. The platform is not open yet: creating an account gives you priority access at launch.
Who will be able to use CAP10MRO?
Airlines, operators, aircraft owners, lessors and fleet managers on one side. MROs, workshops and repair stations on the other.
Will I be able to search by aircraft type?
Yes. Search is built around the aircraft, the work scope, declared capabilities and location, not around an alphabetical list.
Will CAP10MRO cover AOG needs?
AOG is part of the planned journeys, with priority routing to providers declaring that capability in the area concerned.
Does CAP10 certify MROs?
CAP10 structures and gathers the professional and documentary information each MRO declares: capabilities by aircraft and by system, service scope, supporting documents. CAP10 does not, however, issue any regulatory approval: approvals are granted by the competent authorities and belong to the MRO.
Is pre-launch access chargeable?
Yes. Creating an account and recording a need or a MRO are free of charge, without commitment.
Does my account work with the other CAP10 platforms?
The CAP10 account is designed for the whole ecosystem. The verticals already open are reachable from their own domain, and the next ones will follow as they launch.
When will the platform be available?
It is in preparation. We do not announce a date until we can keep it. Registered users are informed first and reach their space before public opening.
Is my need public?
No. Maintenance requests and work scopes are not published as listings. They move between you and the MROs you select.
Can I use my existing CAP10 account?
Yes. The CAP10 account is designed for the whole ecosystem: the same login opens the ten platforms as they launch.
Does CAP10 certify MROs?
No. Approvals are issued and supervised by the competent authorities. CAP10 never replaces them, and never replaces your own checks.
Who can list a MRO?
Maintenance organisations, repair stations, engine and component shops, line stations and mobile maintenance teams.
What happens after listing?
Your capabilities and windows are recorded. At opening, requests matching your scope are presented to you first.
Do I have to publish my rates?
No. Your terms are sent only to the requester concerned, within their own request.
